The Law enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee submitted only the substitute bill to the floor and Rep. Gibson was not given a vote on the original bill. Rep. Gibson voted for the substitute bill.

HB12 Amendments to Government Records Access and Management Act provides that certain communications between citizens and elected officials are protected records not subject to disclosure. Rep. Gibson voted for the bill.

HB 100, 259 (air) and 335 (radiation) are a set of bills which require a bond to be posted to cover all the costs of an environmental action by anyone requesting a stay of any environmental protection action. Rep. Gibson voted for HB 259. There are no votes on the other two bills to date.
